“very clean, large room, convenient ”

“The rooms were clean and updated. We had problems with our first room and toilet not flushing properly so they switched us to the last room available which wasn’t as updated as the first. The onsite restaurant was not very good. Very expensive and food was not worth it, even for the convenience of the restaurant. Wait staff didn’t speak English very well and messed up a salad order where we wanted dressing on the side. Which would have been not big deal and easy fix other than it took forever to……

“Staff was nice when we arrived. We kept having to go back to the office to re magnetize our key, which was suoer annoying. The first night the guy was very nice, the second night the guy was rude about it. Room was spacious and nice! Perfect spot to relax after the parks. We wish the pools were open later in the evenings. ”

“Got in around 11 pm to check in, had to drop our stuff and go because we had somewhere to be and didn't really get a chance to check out the room. Didn't get back again until about 1 am and the entire lot was full with nowhere to park. Ended up parking somewhere nearby and discovered the room was infested with roaches, on the walls in the tub, in the sink. Between that and not feeling comfortable with the parking, we ended up not even sleeping in the room and couldn't get help until morning.……

“Staff was nice. Room 307. Room was on the larger side, that’s about it. The room was not clean, there was hair in the shower and hairs in the bed (thankfully we brought our own sheets). The shower didn’t drain, took 10 minutes to drain after a 5 minute shower. The front door had a gap on the went from 1/4 inch to over an inch, so light and sound carne right in. ”
