“We did not realize the bedrooms were all on the second floor. Also, only one bathroom serviced all four bedrooms, and guests had to walk thru one bedroom to get to the restroom. There’s no central AC - none at all on the first floor; loud “window” units on the second floor. From room to room, inside and out, was steps up/down to get from one to the other. The fifth and sixth bedrooms and third bathroom were in a separate “little house”. We made it work, but was not what we were expecting. When……

“Second and third floor of a large home with private entrance and off-street parking. Located just around the corner from the canal and main street in Fairport, so close to things too do. This was a family vacation that included our dogs and the Owners were accommodating and easy to deal with. 4 large rooms with king and queen sized bedding, laundry, kitchen; everything we needed for our 5 night stay.”

“It was a lovely place that worked out well for my needs. I does need a few little touches on maintenance but nothing that interfered with my needs. I would recommend it because it's so close to everything fun in Fairport.”

“Communication and check-in were seamless. The apartment was very clean. We were a little cold and Jason brought a space heater right away. Great location just on the edge of the village. A couple considerations for future visitors: Exterior photo on VRBO is not the actual location, it’s of a building on the scenic canal; the apartment is a very small studio with minimal room for luggage, and small kitchen. Perfect for one person or short stays. ”
