“We had a wonderful stay at this property! The place was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and completely updated throughout. The host was very responsive - answering our call just minutes before arrival and quickly helping with any questions we had. Check-in was a breeze, the neighbors downstairs were friendly, and the cleaning lady was lovely. “The place just didn’t seem clean. It wreaked or Fabuloso. We were told to not block the driveway, but someone else blocked it, so we had to walk don the block just to get on the sidewalk. I slept in my clothes afraid to look at the sheets underneath the covers afraid to see what I would see. Worse than a Motel 6. ”

“We enjoyed this cozy place. It was nicely stocked with our needed coffee needs. The kitchen was also stocked with utensils. A great place for the two of us to stay while visiting family and friends! We relaxed her at the end of the day before turning in. Very relaxing.”

“The apartment worked well. The strange staircase going down from the bedroom is creepy and dangerous. It should be disclosed because many people would have a big problem with it. Also, disclose that there are 2.5 flights of stairs to get in.”

“Overall, property was good. However, it is not a corner unit, has very small peak of ocean, and has very little to no noise proofing from upstairs unit. You can hear everything from upstairs unit- as if why are in your unit! Property management was nice and responsive and offered to place us in alternative unit with no ocean view and overlooking a parking lot at a reduced rate. “This is the ideal spot if you’re staying in Duxbury. We came down for a wedding, and Rick‘s place was in the center of everything. Easy access to the water, to an incredible bakery three doors down and to Island Creek Oysters, where the reception was.The condo is spacious, extremely clean and had all the amenities we needed.
