"We had a wonderful stay at the Loew's Philadelphia. Everyone was exceptionally helpful and friendly, very professional. Our room was very clean and very comfortable. The lobby/lounge area provided a nice place to sit, rest, and relax. The only not great review would be the breakfast buffet......food was not hot, but this is generally the case for most buffets. We did order from the menu for breakfast one morning and that was good. Valet service was quick. The location of the hotel was perfect for walking to all the areas of the city that we wanted to visit. I would definitely recommend this hotel!!!"

"Our room was clean but there were previous guests clothing under both beds. It was great having a restaurant and bar on site, but the wait times were long. Only one bartender on a Friday night with a full bar. We waited a good 30 minutes to get our drinks."

"The room and facilities were standard. We were disappointed in the level of service we are used to at a Hilton location. We had breakfast in the hotel's restaurant and the person that greeted us (seemed to be the restaurant or shift manager) was curt. The same person proceeded to have to be what seemed to be an argument with his staff in the middle of the restaurant floor, which was unprofessional. There was an automatic 18% service charge for a self-serve buffet, which might have been fine, but we had to ask for refills of our waters. Additionally, the bill was given to us even though we weren't finished with our meals, and the individual providing drinks never came back after he dropped off after he RUSHED to drop off the check. I expect better from Hilton. "
