Nice location, poor communication
The good: Apartments has a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. Furnishings are adequate for cooking with utensils and dishes available. The bad: Poor communication from the host, who didn’t provide many details on checkin or checkout procedures and was difficult to reach. No thermostat control, so we had to open the windows to avoid getting baked alive. The ugly: At the last minute, after multiple attempts to reach the host, he asked to wash the dishes and take out the trash. There were some ants in the apartment.

Amazing view of the lake
My husband and I stayed at this wonderful, spacious apartment. Beautiful location, restaurants and ferry are within walking distance. Check-in process was very smooth. We would definitely stay here again.

Views were unreal! The apartment was really nice and clean and the host was great at communicating with us - walked us through check in, trash, and gave us recommendations! We had parking right in front of the house beside the garage. Everything was amazing!!! Highly recommend this stay.

Air Conditioning
Would highly recommend this property, but not during the summer months if you are expecting real air conditioning. Air conditioning consisted of a floor fan in bedroom, and a portable air conditioning unit in living area which was vented outside to the lanai while slider door had to remain open to accommodate the exhaust hose. Other than the air conditioning issue, unit was very nice with a great view and walkable to a couple restaurants.

A Ferry Tale in Weggis
We absolutely loved our flat in Weggis. Juan Carlos provided a lovely home that was the cleanest place I ever stayed with all the amenities for style and comfort. The view from the front porch is breathtaking. Weggis is an adorable town with beach/ lake access, great pastry shops and restaurants and cute shops. We were able to walk to get the ferry to Lucerne and other points on the Lake as well as to get to the cable car with access to Rigi Kulm. We were also able to enjoy one of the summer Jazz festivals. 100% would stay here again. Juan Carlos was great in giving suggestions before our stay as we were coming from the US and especially during our stay.
