"To date, out of all of the immense traveling we do, this property was our favorite experience so far! The location was perfectly central for our trip. The safari tent was AMAZING, especially as the rain fell all night long. The BEST sleep we’ve had in years. The extremely comfortable bed, perfectly relaxing soaker tub and inviting porches made our stress-relieving trip a success! The hosts were very welcoming and made communication easy. The wildlife in the area was beautiful. It’s the perfect spot if you have a true love of the outdoors with all of the conveniences of a luxury hotel suite."

"Clean Towel had wad of black hair inside when opened to use after shower. I’m bald and my wife is a blonde, not ours. Second towel was stained with black marks, but appeared otherwise clean. Traded them in for cleanish towels after realizing they were not fully clean. Floor was so dirty that both my wife and I took a wash cloth to wipe off our feet after shower so as to avoid black marks when we got in bed. Floors were laminate but didn’t appear to have been mopped correctly. Refrigerator didn’t work, so had to throw out medicine after overnight temp dropped below storage limit. Pleasant staff. Price was low and I should have realized that the standards were probably reflective of price. Beds were okay and lights and outlets worked. Very loud from rooms above and on either side."

"I am very disappointed! I paid more for this hotel because it claimed to have a functional hot tub. I doesn't! It is broken no notices, no signs just misleading people then when you get there the staff is just "no big deal they charged extra for the amenities that they don't have" On top of that the rate changed as I drove closer. It went up $50 in 30 miles, which I had only agreed to because we had driven for 10 hrs and thought they had a hot tub. Misleading and I believe intentionally. They were listed as the only person in town with one. Gym had no air conditioning. It was 78 degrees, humid and no towels to use. The equipment was falling apart.and panels coming off the wall. Room had not been mopped the floors in the bathroom and hallway were dirty and had broken tiles. Bathroom towel rack was not properly attached to the wall. Breakfast was a 6. Normally I give places the benefit of the doubt, but this was just sad, a blatant lack of concern for the facilities and their patrons."

"I will never stay here they could not find my reservation and then to come to find out, the property had actually canceled my reservation and saying they had my consent. I did not give my consent for them to cancel my reservation. Why would I’ve given them consent when I was trying to contact Hotels.com the entire time that I was sitting there. They were rude and disrespectful. My husband said from the beginning he thought that they were the ones to cancel my reservation and they were. I will never go through them again"
