Owner was advised that we were arriving at 12:30am due to family flying in late. Finally the owner was reached by lobby staff. Lobby staff advised that they are not able to unlock door as the units are owner owned. After speak to owner trying 2 other ways to get in an was not able to. Do understand that there is traffic noise from the road in front when sitting on the balcony but it makes for some free entertainment while watching all of the different vehicles and people moving around.
