“Room size was great and the breakfast and pool did not disappoint. The only complaint would be the neighboring rooms dog barking at all the wrong times.”

“The staff is ultra friendly and helpful. The room was decent. Carpet could use a shampoo so it doesn't smell in humid weather. The breakfast was a little underwhelming the first day but it improved the next day. Hot waffles and bacon is always nice. I love the 12 noon checkout. The staff was the best part of the stay. They are a compliment to the property. I felt very welcome.”

“This property is in very bad condition the staff is very unhelpful idk how they have good reviews. BLOODY TOWELS!! Every single towel, sheet, curtains had either satins or rips. Our room was so dirty and smelled awful. We paid for non smoking and got a smoking room. It’s 3 floors with no elevators so keep that in mind of traveling with kids or older adults. They accept animals so one day it rained and there was a man with a huge dog and the stairwells smelled like wet dog for 2 days before……

“Avoid this hotel!!! They are in the middle of reconstruction. They were ripping the hotel rooms apart due to issues with the building itself. Why?! The front desk staff member was very helpful; Kudos to you trying to make a difficult check in a bit easier due to construction. But it was her manager that made the complicated check in harder for us and for her staff! The hall way was obstacle course. Wardrobes ripped out, no base boards beds were gone! It was difficult to find a room to put……
