"The kitchen needs updated dishes and silverware. Area rug in living room and runner in bathroom needed cleaning. Mattress on sleeper sofa in poor condition and no smoke detector in small bedroom. Sinks, tub and toilet were clean but there was no mattress pad on the queen sized bed and only a fitted ..."
