“This cabin is in a great location! We had access to everything we wanted to see during our stay. The description was accurate, but be aware that the ceiling is sloped, as in the pictures. A really tall person might feel cramped, especially in the bathroom, but it did not cause us any problems. There is a little distant road noise from the highway in the mornings and evenings but later in the evening and at night it was very tranquil. I have to admit I am hypersensitive to sound, but I was able……

“It took a couple days to adjust to the change in view from our favorite spot on the back porch, not to mention the sounds of construction on Christmas Eve as the monstrosity of a home being built against the mesa continued. Our favorite spot at the Getaway is now much different as the peaceful seclusion we once experienced is now property tainted by money. ”
