“We booked this property months in advance specifically because the listing stated it slept 5. After we booked, the listing was changed (at various points it showed “sleeps 2” or “sleeps 4”) and the price dropped. Despite the confusion, we kept our reservation.When we arrived, there were not enough towels or bedding for 5 people. One person on the trundle had no bedding at all. We reached out to the host about the discrepancy and were told the listing would be updated, but that did not help our……

“Excellent communication with the host. The house is nicely set up for a vrbo, clean, thoughtful, decluttered set up. We appreciated bedding and towels being provided. Safe area. There was space for four adults and two dogs. Friendly service in local establishments.We enjoyed easy drive to Newport and easy 35-40 minutes to Providence”

“Unfortunately I have to condense my review to 1500 character and am writing this on behalf of my mother. I aim to be unbiased, but this stay was disappointing, and I hope this helps others avoid a similar experience. To preface, my mother missed the pet fee when booking, but we resolved it on-site, so that’s irrelevant. After a 14hr drive, my mother, wife, and I arrived late with our dog, having informed the host earlier. We were ready to rest, but within five minutes, we were told we couldn’t……

“It met my needs - bed was comfortable, etc. Glad there was a heater as the nights got cold. Whomever lives above this unit woke me up a few times one night with noises around 1:00 am. Areas for improvement - definitely need better outdoor lighting, and the shower door feels very flimsy.”

“Good location to the beach and nice little private outdoor spot to sun and grill. The unit is on the second floor (as advertised) however the stairs are steep (as are most older homes), but could be hard for anyone older or with bad knees or hips.”
