"For value for money, you can't go wrong if you want a cheap place to put your head down including parking & breakfast. It's a bargain. But you do get what you pay for as far as maintenance. The handle for the bathroom was half hanging off and missing screws, so we did not close it. Luckily, being married for years was ok, not so good for others. The sink had cigarette burn marks over melted into it, but was clean. The toilet wall button almost broke each time pressed. My advice is they need to up the price a couple of euros & save to do these basic jobs. Would I stay again, yes if I just needed to sleep and go with a pretty comfy bed. Plus breakfast was simple with a coffee machine and breads & jams, yoghourt ect. But just what we wanted before getting back on the road."

"My son and I stayed at the hotel as part of our WW I, WWII museum and battlefield tour. Dunkirk was an important stop on our way. I can't recommend this hotel enough. Staff were welcoming and friendly, room was great and the location, overlooking the beach and ocean was perfect. They also had by far and away the BEST and most upscale breakfast of any hotel we stayed in. Biggest tip: Pay extra for an ocean view. It was wonderful just sitting on the balcony watching people on the beach with their dogs and family, the ocean and sky."

The decor needed upgrading downstairs Looking into the hotel from the outside would make you feel that you did not want to stay yet the room itself was very good value for money. We didn’t eat at the hotel but the restaurant area looked very nice. The hotels position was ideal as it was close to the beach and public transport and there are plenty of bars and restaurants close by, a very enjoyable stay made better by your friendly staff."
