“Didn't realise this was a contactless hotel with no reception. I checked in later in the day after driving up from Melbourne. Didn't realise ther was no ironing board in the room. I had a function that evening and needed to iron my clothes. I sent a text message to the hotel and called but there was no answer. Thanksfully, a man arrived within 20 minutes to deliver an iron and ironing board. Other than that, and the cramped parking, my stay was great. Just request ahead of time if you need to……

“The kitchen was well equipped, the room was clean, the bathroom was amazing and the staff had left the heater on for me so when I arrived the cabin was lovely and warm. Every staff member I had contact with was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you for a great stay.”

“Rooms are very old and outdated, like we were back in the 1970’s when it was built. The room we were in was poorly insulated from drafts and outside noise.”
