The Space:
Morning light filters through the tall pines as you step outside to the quiet rhythm of Whistler Village nearby. Crisp air and mountain views surround you while the warmth of the outdoor gas fireplace invites you to linger. After a day on the slopes or trails, sink into the private hot tub or watch dusk settle over the peaks from the balcony.

Living spaces
Inside, an open-concept living area welcomes you to gather and unwind. Large windows frame mountain views while the glow of the fireplace fills the room. A spacious dining table seats eight, with a breakfast bar for three nearby, creating space for shared meals and easy conversation. The media room offers another place to relax with a large TV and wet bar.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen brings everything you need for cooking and connection. With a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Wolf gas stove, and built-in coffee station, preparing meals becomes part of the experience. Step onto the balcony for grilled dinners on the BBQ or a quiet drink beneath the stars.

Sleeping arrangements
Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, and a double-sided gas fireplace that opens into an ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower and soaking tub. The second bedroom includes a king-split bed, and the third offers a tri-bunk bed. A nearby bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower serves this floor. On the lower level, the fourth bedroom has a king-split bed and an ensuite with a glass-enclosed shower and hallway access.

Outdoor living
The patio is made for unwinding. Ease into the private hot tub, gather beside the outdoor gas fireplace, or enjoy a meal at the balcony’s BBQ with seating surrounded by mountain views.

The Neighborhood:
Fitzsimmons Walk is located just north of Whistler Village, along the Valley Trail and beside Fitzsimmons Creek. This quiet, upscale enclave offers a rare mix of privacy, mountain views, and walkable access to shops, restaurants, and the gondolas. Nesters Market is just across the road for groceries and essentials, and the village is a 10–minute walk via a scenic trail. The area is ideal for guests seeking a peaceful setting close to Whistler’s core amenities.

Getting Around:
• 7-minute walk to the north end of the Village Stroll
• 4-minute walk to Nesters Market and surrounding shops & restaurants
• 2-minute drive to the Whistler day parking lots
• 20-minute walk or 15-minute cycle to the Lost Lake trails
• A public bus stop is located just outside the complex entrance, on the corner of Blackcomb Way and Nancy Greene Drive.

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home

Great place - couple of minor flaws

Love the place for our family of 8. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen is well-equipped. Parking for one or two is acceptable but larger families with more than two cars will need to park at costly, more distant garages making it very challenging to load and unload ski gear and adding complexity and time. Kitchen faucet is an engineering disaster and should be replaced with one that actually flows inside the sink. Overall though, a lovely place and would highly recommend for those with 2 cars or less.

Amazing Condo and fully stocked

Family ski week

Whistler has been on our list and we finally made it (we are from the US East Coast). This property was a great place for all. Snow was decent but no powder which was a little disappointing. Bus strike put a damper but was not as bad as we anticipated. We were able to either walk or drive and park (with ski equipment).

We brought our adult daughters and their significant others for a getaway. We had the best time. The snow was an all time best. We had a great stay at Simmons walk 13. Great location and lots of amenities. The only minor issue that needs addressing is the reception of the TV in the living room. Very pixelated on many channels. Otherwise a great day thank you very much Whistler . Platinum. We have used you guys several times and I’ve always been happy.
