I had a reunion with my high school classmates and there were 11 of us. We went out to a nearby fine dining restaurant for dinner and enjoyed chatting after dinner in one of the suites. We shared 3 two bedrooms suites. The breakfast in the morning was pretty good as well. The hotel paid parking was good till 4 p.m. so we were able to go out and did some shopping before returning to Vancouver.

We glad we picked this hotel. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed their free breakfast and coffee, tea and even milk in the lobby. Location is perfect for walking everywhere, close to a lot of nice stores and restaurants and bike rentals. We stayed in two bedrooms and two bathrooms unit that had everything we needed including tea kettle. We enjoyed the spa with sauna and hot tub outside. Only wish that the pool temperature was warmer. Overall I would stay there again!

In a great location in Whistler Village with beautiful views from the top floors. The room was clean, but we definitely noticed some areas that could have used a deeper cleaning. It's a pet-friendly property and we have allergies, so I called ahead to make sure it wouldn't be a problem. I was told that any room where a dog has stayed would have extra cleaning to make sure allergies were not an issue. However, my daughter did end up with a lot of dog hair on her clothes after sitting on the couch. I think this is unavoidable any time you have a dog in a room, but I wish it hadn't been presented as special cleaning protocols to ensure there were no allergy issues. The view was beautiful though, and we took some allergy medication and were ok. Our allergies are mild, but I would avoid this with severe allergies. The property is nice, but starting to show its age. One of the elevators was out of service, and it was very inconvenient to have just one functioning elevator for the entire hotel. Waits were long and the elevators were often packed. The breakfast buffet was nice with a lot of options.

The breakfast line up is super long and we felt the server let the larger groups cut ahead. The reception was overloaded with UBC group, maybe a better system for other guests could be improved? The housekeeping ladies were super nice and polite. Overall, a great stay.

I am happy with the hotel conditions and staff services. The location of the hotel is very close to the valley centre. Complimentary breakfast a plus. The only drawback is only one elevator is working.
