Room service was schedule for a specific time and it came 45 minutes early. Food was soggy. The pool had no towels. Phone in the room did not work. Safety issue as we have a baby. No one at the front desk when we called three times from our cell phones. We went down and no one was there at the desk.

Two things: 1. The shower curtain smells terrible. 2. Ask for 2 bottles of water at the front desk. After waiting for 30 mins in the room and I call them from the room. They forgot. It took another 37 mins for a total of 67 mins for some water. Paying almost $550 a night and that is all I received for service. Price to value is NOT worth it.

I went to Vancouver for spinal surgery. The hotel let me check in really early, plus upgraded us to a bedroom suit so I would have less noise from hallway so I could rest. They gave us a late check out because we had a later flight. The staff really makes the River Rock special!
