“Easy access, clean”

“I stayed at the property before, about a year ago, and it was great then. Unfortunately, it has degraded significantly since then. The room we were in was dated and not particularly clean. The TV and remote were very difficult to use, probably in need of new batteries.I also found the staff much less helpful. It was disappointing to be honest.”

“We stayed at the property two nights. The staff were friendly although a new front desk staff had no idea what pre check in was when we had completed it and were supposed to just pick up our keys. She made us give all of the same information again despite our persistence in explaining the pre check in form. Breakfast was good, fully stocked. The AC worked great. Rooms were fairly clean except for the wall behind the toilet in the bathroom which looked like sprayed pop or something. Beds were……

“No free parking. No free breakfast. Dirty and smelly”

“Don’t be fooled by the Best Western name. What made the experience even worse was the customer service. When concerns were brought forward, staff and management were dismissive and my concerns were not taken seriously. Staff were also taking personal calls on speaker phone. I would also recommend that guests carefully review their credit card statements after their stay to ensure all charges are accurate. In addition, the advertised amenities did not match what was represented when booking.……

“Wow!! Overwhelmed at how helpful and kind the staff were. Especially the front desk clerk. He brought my luggage in for me. Being mobility challenged, that meant so much. The breakfast was generous and the coffee station was open 24/7. My room was clean and well equipped . I can't wait to get back once the renovations are done.”

“I was charged for a safe service and I noticed it later. They should not be charging us for that. We have not used it and the customer service should keep us aware about this fee. When I was adjusting the water before talking a shower, the shower curtain fell on me and the metal pipe hurt my back so bad in my back and my head. My 4 y o child was with me and it touched his head a little as well.”

“The staff where freindly”

“The basement stinks like sewage and the water is white ans oily and smells too. Ants everywhere, electrical issues as all you hear is loud humming ams buzzing in the walls amd ceilings. Rooms only get cleaned every 7 days, if that. No one at the front desk is helpful when you ask a simple question and staff enters your room when you step out and they take things and when you talk to the manager, Mike, he gets upset and kicks you out. The fireplace buzzes and you can hear people literally pulling……

“It's an older building (50 years plus) but it's clean, safe and quiet. Quirky (check in at the bar) but that's okay. Kathy is amazing. She and her Mom have been working there for awhile. Amazing team. I'd stay there again.”

“I booked (and pre-paid), for 2 rooms on January 7, 2026 to stay July 9-12. When I arrived to check-in, they told me that they had given my rooms away and there was nothing they could do. The closest hotel that had vacancy was 30 minutes away. I’ve also had a difficult time receiving a refund from Expedia and 6 days later, I am still waiting for a response.”
