“I booked this apartment for a week. When I arrived it was raining heavily, and the walls and the ceiling of the apartment was leaking. I contacted the owner and they gave me the Gray room instead while they repaired the leak. The Gray room was not free the last day I was supposed to be there, so I would have to move back to the yellow room for the last day.The gray room was much better than the yellow room, but was poorly stocked in regards to cleaning equipment, towels, soaps… it would have……

“The apartment was quite new and in good location but that’s all the positives I can give. Upon arrival it is really difficult to find the property, no instructions given by the host prior to arrival. We arrived at 12 and had to call them to ask if there is a place to leave the luggages, they told us they will check if the apartment has been cleaned and call us back- no one did, called 3 times after to check, still the same response. 14:45 we were downstairs in the building with no instructions……

“The location was everything that you need for a visit to krakow. The room was spacious. Bed comfortable and I especially enjoyed the high ceilings in the room and the very large bathroom.
