Shops, restaurants, beach, and world famous wildwood boardwalk are less than a 5 minute walk away. House comes with one off street parking spot with convenient street parking for any additional cars. Shared backyard offers use of the grill as well as patio furniture and fit pit. *Must be 25 and older to rent*

Great stay.
Clean and perfect size for myself, my daughter, and 2 dogs(with crates). We didn't need the second bedroom but used it for our clothes. About the same size as other rentals the past couple years. Backyard is cute, I never inquired about what "shared yard" meant. My dogs are just great with each other so I was surprised other neighbors had dogs out. Not a big deal, just leashed mine and used the grass outside the yard. Neighbors were nice, and their dogs were cute and friendly. Parking is tight, but thats expected for the area. Had no issues with our stay except couldn't seem to get TVs to work. We just used my laptop anyways. Would stay again.

This place had a great backyard for a dog, but the inside was way too small and the washer and dryer did not work and we were made aware the day before we left for vacation. Also, the bathroom was moist and had mold on the ceiling. The pull out couch is so small and all the door creaked. Other than that I thought the location was OK as it’s about three long blocks from the beach and the backyard was pretty good for the dog.

Beach Blast Weekend Stay
We stayed for beach blast and it was perfect. The house was updated and has an awesome shower. It is on the smaller side if you have 6 adults stay, we were out of the house a lot for games and water parks etc. we would stay here again!

Great location
It was a nice place. Great location. Could have been cleaner. We couldn't get the TV in either bedroom to work. The washer and dryer were locked out, because they were broke. Parking is shared, so you have to watch that you don't get parked in. Our contract person was always available when we had questions.
