"The property was great for a girls weekend in the wine country. Definitely more suitable for sleeping 6, can't imagine 8 adults would be comfortable. The communication was great. There are just a few simple touches that would make it a 5 star stay, such as adult sized bath towels, stocked toliet paper, and a full set of wine glasses (since it's the wine country). "We wanted to relax by the lake before school started. We had never booked a house through Hotels.com before, but I found a nice cabin that seemed to suit us perfectly. I was given a total price, entered my details, and to my surprise, some third-party company immediately charged me 10% more. This was never mentioned anywhere in the agreement or booking details. "The cabin was clean and spacious, and had basic amenities. It’s located conveniently between Murphy and Arnold, and is near many beautiful parks, lakes, and hiking trails. The stay was easy from booking to check-out. My family of 8 had mixed reviews about beds and pillow comfort, but this was minor and did not impact our overall satisfaction. I definitely recommend this cabin for families, including dogs!"
