“Would first of all like to say what an obliging host Jeremy was. Communication was quick and helpful. Check in information was good, especially as it was very short notice. Unfortunately the property is in dire need of refurbishment. We felt there is inadequate lighting to the stairs up to the apartment. We also found it difficult to get our cases up the next flight of stairs which has a tight dog leg to the bedrooms and bathrooms. We had a few frozen items which we were unable to put in the……

“The proximity to Windsor town centre was excellent !The accommodation was clean and the host responsive and helpful. The property was a little tired and the bathrooms would definitely benefit from a refit. We had trouble keeping the water in the shower area and my elderly aunt who traveled with us had difficulty getting into the bath to use the shower which was over it. There were no handles to aid this at all. She is not in any way disabled but a slippery bath was a concern. I also think more……
