“The receptionist had a bad attitude when I told her that I needed my room keys rekeyed. She spent more time on her cellphone than paying attention to my room key issue.”

“Seemingly family ran. All the flooring and fixtures throughout this hotel are brand new.. The gym is small and the room was small but new and clean. Bed was comfortable. Linens were nice and shower pressure was great.. worth the money we paid to stay there.”

“We arrived and checked in staff was friendly There was shattered glass all over the parking lot from cars being broken into. Homeless people living in tents in the back. People doing drugs and watching from the live in place next door. Not a safe place for kids rooms weren't clean. Burn holes in blankets. Smelled like stale cigarettes. Curtains were dirty. Door didn't shut all the way and had clearly been broken into. We went back to the office after seeing the room and checked out we did not……
