Additionally, at times there will be construction noise, possible Mondays-Saturdays (allowed work hours 7 am to 7 pm), when work is occurring on the amenity decks. Many days there is no work taking place on the deck and so no noise, but there may be noise depending on specific days. Please be aware of this possibility when considering this unit.

For the little ones, the owner have left a pack 'n play in the bedroom closet.
Just FYI unit does not have a ski locker but there is a closet as soon as you enter the unit that you can use for your skiing equipment.

The swimming pool and gym are just 4.1 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 5.5 miles away at the Town of Fraser.

For our fellow mountain bike lovers: we are very sorry, but management does not allow bicycles stored inside condos or on balconies. To prevent mud and chain oil damage to our carpets, as well as handle bar scratches on the walls; we must kindly ask you to not store bikes inside the condo. We are working with the HOA of all our properties to figure out bike storage in the long term as our mountain sports grow in popularity. Thank you for your understanding.
