True ski-in / ski-out (or bike in / bike out) at WP base - 2 Bed/2 Bath

BE THE FIRST ONE ON THE SLOPES IN THE MORNING (OR GET AN EXTRA 30 MIN SLEEP IF THAT IS MORE YOUR SPEED)

This is one of the few true ski-in / ski-out condos in Winter Park. Zephyr Mountain Lodge, Hot Tub / Ski Locker level - walk down the hall, grab your skis and go!

Second floor 2 BR / 2 Bath with full kitchen (not kitchenette or 3/4 bath), plus pull-out sleep sofa and day bed, fully furnished and ready for use.

Amenities include porch with view of Village, gas fireplace, garage parking (additional fee during ski season), sunrise views, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ski locker use, bike locker / storage, tv & cable, wifi, and easiest access to slopes and trails.

We enjoyed a perfect week with our adult kids. Staying at zephyr was a treat- so easy to get in for lunches and get first tracks in the morning! The house had everything we needed. Loved the queen bunk beds! Thanks again. We’ll be back!

Fantastic location and great property!

The location of this property is all about convenience. You're on the same floor as the very large and accommodating ski locker, the hot tubs and the walk-out to ski-in/ski-out access. The condo itself is clean and very nicely kept. The extra beds made it very comfortable for our family of five, and the kitchen was nicely stocked. The owner was really accessible for questions and went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. Really great experience and really great vacation!

Perfect locaton in Winter Park base village

We are a family of 4 who visited Winter Park for downhill biking and hiking. We loved everything about our stay here. Communication with the owner and check-in directions were spot on (we've had check-in confusion in the past with gates/lock boxes etc). The condo was literally steps away from multiple restaurants, the Gondola, and hiking and biking trails. The condo had hotel-like amenities (ie tons of towels, hairdryer, soap, etc in the bathroom) plus a well-stocked kitchen. We would absolutely stay here again.

Family stayed here for our annual ski trip, brought our 1yr old daughter too. We utilized winter parks baby rentals for a crib, stroller, and playyard and it made our trip so much easier. We used the hot tub and ski lockers for an awesome convenience, the hot tub was soooo relaxing. Friendly neighbors and staff, parking garage was top tier, comfortable to get baby in and out and not endure the cold temperatures. We love winter park. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Heated bathrooms were appreciated. And all the streaming services so baby could watch her programs. Tv in both rooms and living room was also an added bonus. Fireplace was incredibly warm and cozy. Sign the guestbook, we found neighbors from back home in there! Highly recommended, we hope to be back next year.

Beautiful Well Kept Condo with True Ski-in / Ski-out Access to Slope

First trip to Colorado in a long while. Shopped for condo's in the Winter Park area and happily found this one. It fit the bill very well and met all of our expectations. Great to be on second floor as you don't have to deal with elevator. Locker room for ski's is also on same floor. Take the Corridor run straight to the back door of the building. Owner was very much engaged and provided hands on assistance and a great welcome package. Would definitely rent from Dan again.

Winter Vacation

We had an absolutely wonderful time! This place was absolutely beautiful! So warm and welcoming. It was very cold and they had so many blankets and a wonderful fireplace to keep us cozy every night. It was the perfect place to come home to everyday after skiing and snowboarding . When we got there, I was able to reach out and talk directly to Dan the owner directly. He guided me on getting the keys and gave me any information that I needed immediately. They were very approachable people. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone that is looking for a cozy, wonderful, comfortable place to Stay in Winter Park. Slope side and beautiful. Thank you so much for such a great stay. Hope we can come back again very very soon!

Great spring ski in ski out

My Dad and I had a great time staying in this 2 bed/2bath condo. It had everything we needed and then some. I love that it’s in the base so we could walk around when not skiing. The ski in ski out was perfect and so easy to get to the locker from! I would definitely stay here again and it would also be perfect for the whole family!
