“Reception experience not good which is why we marked lower. Asked for payment despite Expedia having been already paid so ended up being double charged for stay which I have had to refer to credit card company. Allocated incorrect rooms to our party and then accused us of being confused despite handing the room keys out. Shame as the other staff we met were really friendly and helpful - especially in the restaurant. Facilities and breakfast were excellent as was the location.”

“War nur eine Nacht und zum Abendessen im Hotel. Der Anlass war unser 50 jähriges Klassentreffen. Alles war perfekt und liebevoll gestaltet.
Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig.
Das einzige was für mich nicht so gut war die Beleuchtung im Bad und Zimmer.
Ansonsten war ich zufrieden.
Vielleicht nächstes Jahr wieder.

“This hotel was further from Cochem than we hoped for. I booked two rooms for one night at least four months in advance requesting large windows that open. We got one room with a very tiny window only, and one room with a medium size window. The staff was very nice and apologized for not meeting my request saying "they didn't know how this happened".
