The room was nice, had been recently updated. The only complaint was that the mattresses kept sliding off the metal bed frames. Also, the office is only open 9-5, so if you wanted a cup of hot tea, it had to be during that time, which did not work for my schedule. The staff was organized and friendly. I liked that they sent the room number and entry code. However, the property is very dated. The walls had patches, the wood around the air conditioner was rotted, the carpet was worn and the shower head sprayed water upwards. We could hear the guests in the adjoining room through the walls. They also knowingly put me in a room that the TV had not been hooked up yet, therefore didn’t work. After a long day of working in the cold, was looking forward to watching the Sunday night football game. The next day when we called them about the issue, all we got was a confirmation they knew the TV didn’t work, but did nothing about it. No sheets on bed, garbage bags on counter. Office was closed, nobody around even though we arrived before 8 pm.
