"We had an easy check-in process and staff were very helpful, but the room was not in good shape. Things were functional but aesthetically broken or damaged. We had to keep all our shades drawn (even though they had mountain views!) for safety/privacy because we were on the ground floor and people kept walking by."

"Front desk staff non existent, toilet overflowed 5am, called 4x’s, shower not draining either. Finally maintenance came at 10am said something wrong in main plumbing, can’t unclog it. Opened a different room for us to shower in time for 11am check out. I so badly wanted to love this place."

"Need updated bed linens arrived to one bed with stains. Staff quickly changed them. But their linens are rough and scratchy too. Tub rusted and not great looking. No stopper in drain. Restaraunt and staff was excellent. Front desk manager excellent. But the head manager you reach if contacting property she is not responsive nor caring of your concerns or condition of her hotel. "

"This is a nice new hotel that is centrally located. I prepaid for breakfast and was told they were too busy to take any orders when we went to eat. They offered a refund (after I asked the Front desk for it) which I never received. This is full hotel vibe if that is what you are after. Clean and new bartenders are great. "
