En-suite bathroom was compact but adequate - good size room and great bed. Breakfast choice made the night before was freshly served and good quality. Cereals, toast, juice and drinks plentiful to help yourself. The chef was not working on the evening we stayed which was a disappointment as we had already decided on what to order before our arrival. It was well furnished with a very comfortable bed and we had a great nights sleep. The only downside was the bathroom which was 'compact' (not really a problem) but the shower did not work well in that that it never got beyond just above cold and had a miserable trickle of water. We spoke to staff before leaving and they were appalled that this had happened and were going to get it looked at. We were in room 12\. I know that is not directly the pubs problem but if its spoiling what should be a peaceful nights sleep in a country pub then dont use that room!!
