There is added convenience of free parking right outside with your own secure parking space. Located in the tranquil St Johns area of Worcester, it provides a perfect base for exploring Worcester city and its surroundings. Located a short walk away from Worcester's top rated fish and chip shop 'Hooked'. Not far from the apartment is Hickory's, which is an American Diner, definitely worth a visit. Worcester City is only a 10 minute drive away. For family fun, 'Worcester Bowl' is a 3 minute drive away. If you want to stay for work & commuting, the apartment is not far from the M5 at Junction 7 & the A4103 into Bransford & Malvern. The apartment features modern amenities, including a king-size bed for ultimate comfort and stylish décor throughout. Please note: To access the flat, there is one flight of stairs. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including an oven and hob, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, and essential supplies like tea, coffee, and sugar. Additionally, the kitchen features a washing machine and dishwasher. Living Room: The living area is both cosy and stylish, with a feature fireplace and exposed beams adding character to the space. It includes a comfortable corner sofa (that is also a sofa bed), a separate armchair, and a dining table with chairs, as well as a smart TV. 2 Bedrooms: The flat offers two bedrooms: the first with a king-size bed and ample wardrobe storage, and the second a twin bedroom with 2 single beds. There is also a desk & a chair too. Bathroom: The family bathroom is well-appointed, with a walk-in shower, hand basin, and WC. Shared Garden: A beautiful shared garden as you walk up to the property, there is outside seating for you to sit and enjoy the peaceful setting. Whether you're here for a short stay or a longer visit, Harrow Croft apartment provides a comfortable and well-equipped environment to relax and enjoy your time in Worcester.
