A spotless , newly decorated room, lovely, popular pub, friendly staff, some friendly locals - and fabulous food - all at reasonable cost. I stayed 2 nights and would highly recommend the pub and nearby Worcester for a visit.

Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Room was warm, clean and comfortable, if I were to nit pick it was a little stark, needs a couple of pictures on the walls and a lamp near the sofa. Food was amazing, fresh, tasty and delcious

We had a lovely few days away, close enough into Worcester by a five minute taxi, but far enough out to be quieter. The pub itself was lovely, There is an outdoor area with heaters and blankets so we could enjoy the quieter space. Breakfast was nice, would have been better if there was more of a menu to look at rather than just being asked what we wanted. However scrambled eggs were lovely, can’t fault the food. All in all a lovely stay, we will return (Just to mention the elephant in the room, this is a pub, you can hear the lively atmosphere below you but it wasn’t an issue)

We’d like to thank the owners for an excellent stay at The Bell Inn. We were made very welcome on arrival and promptly shown to our room which was spotlessly clean and had home comforts. A comfy bed with wardrobe, bed side tables and lamps, mirror, hairdryer a desk, tv and charging point for phones etc., and modern clean en suite with lovely clean towels. There was also a kettle with a choice of teas, coffee etc., and fresh milk in the fridge. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant in the evening, service and presentation of food being excellent. The following morning there was a good choice for breakfast, we chose cooked breakfast, toast and tea. Overall, we would highly recommend this to others, we only stayed one night but thoroughly enjoyed it.

Absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Couldn't ask for more. Compliments to the chef for a perfectly grilled steak- best we have ever eaten which says alot as we are in our fifties and eat lots of it! Compliments to all the other staff for such a warm, friendly welcome and excellent service. Total ethos and ambience of both the dining rooms and bedroom were inviting, comfortable and so relaxing plus spotlessly clean.

A1. Pet friendly Hotel 10/10.

We stayed at this pet friendly hotel the room was large had lovely big clean dog cushion and dishes we had a lovely evening meal that we could take our dog down with us the breakfast was a fantastic selection from fresh fruit ,juice ,full english ,selection of ceriels and pastries ,toast ,jams tea,coffee making in room + biscuits . The Towels were soft and fluffy and the bathroom had shower gel ,hand liquid soap and plenty of loo roll The list goes on and on ,we would definitely stay here again and also theres a lovely long lane to walk your dog down .

The room was cosy and had everything we needed. A fridge with water and fresh milk was a great addition. The evening meal and the breakfast we really delicious. Ellie showed us to our room abd served our drinks and evening meal. She was fab.

Enjoyed a very pleasant stay at the Bell and can't fault anything. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were all very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was good and the menu in the bar was extensive and very reasonably priced. The food was delicious and we ate there all 4 nights of our stay.

There was no grab rail to get out of the bath/shower so could be dangerous for the less nimble. Bedside lights looked good but it was impossible to read by the light. Owner informed and promised to sort it.

Great pub with B&B rooms. Check in was easy and the rooms were lovely. We ate in the pub in the evening and was very impressed. My brother in law said the ribs were 'the best he'd ever had' Breakfast the following morning was very tasty too with plenty of choice. One let down was the fact that in the evening when we wanted a shower and my sister and her husband in the next room wanted a bath there was no hot water. As it was 9 o'clock at night we decided not to report it. I did report it to the man who I believe was the manager at breakfast, and feel that my comments were dismissed, we were just told, 'there is hot water 24 hours a day' as if we were making it up. There was not even an apology which I feel was very poor customer service. Now wish we had reported it at the time!
