"The location couldn’t be any better. Very clean and everything was nice quality and comfortable. Had all the necessities we needed. Communication was easy if anything was needed. You can walk to anything you needed and not have to drive. Only thing that would make better is if there was some type of cover, awning over back porch area to protect from weather and more privacy since the unit upstairs rents separately. We go to Pagosa every year and will definitely stay here again."

Our kids loved all the wild life they could see from the deck. The host made locating the property and check in easy. Check out was super simple, which we always appreciate. The host was easy to get a hold of and had great communication. Would highly recommend."
