Staff are sooo friendly, breakfast has good choice and they all remember you! Very good English proficiency! Spa is amazing, gooood price and offers happy hour rate! The spa staff are very gentle and nice, good technique! I love this place.”

“From the moment we arrived the hotel, we were greeted with warm welcome, drinks refreshment and smooth check-in process. Room is spotlessly clean and spacious. As any boutique hotel in Hanoi old quarter, the hotel is small size but they decorate all interior surrounding neatly and artistic. Breakfast is semi buffet and a la carte style. Again their service is quick and attentive. Some with limited english but you can definitely tell they’re trying their best. Location is right next to hoan……
