“Overall, my experience was disappointing. Customer service and respect for guests were below expectations. The room cleaning was very poor; even when the sheets were not changed, the bed linens were not properly cleaned or refreshed, and only the bed cover was straightened. I understand that sheets may not be changed every day, but basic daily cleaning should still be done properly. Overall, the cleanliness, service, and hospitality were below average, and in my opinion, the hotel does not meet……

“This is serviced apartment with 24 hours reception. I prefer this than Airbnb because you can find staff any time if you have any questions. RIS Dalma collection apartment is located just beside Dalma garden mall which is the biggest mall in Yerevan. You can find food court, supermarket and currency exchange in the mall. We got a room on 11th floor which have a great view of the city. The room is equipped with full kitchen (oven, microwave, utensils etc.). We also booked the transportation……
