“Be aware that it's nothing like the photos. No coffee pot like advertised. Also host was not very pleasant. Tried to insist that since my reservation was for two that I had to take a room with two beds. That's not what I booked. Property was in bad shape all the way around. Water in the bathroom sink didn't work. Tv didn't work. Very bad experience will never stay there again.”

“The towels were clean but stained. Breakfast was advertised but there was none. Bath was disgusting sonof possible to take a shower. Air-conditioning was so loud. So on and so on. The worst motel i have ever had the misfortune to stay in Absolutely overall DISGUSTING and I have had to stay in approximately 20 and NEVER this bad”

“Our host was excellent, they left the lights on for us after finding out we would be a late arrival. We had a question about the property and got a prompt response. The property looks just like the pictures on VRBO. We love the farmhouse view and all of the sweet family pets. This location is close to family and I plan to stay here again. Thanks to my host family for a great weekend.”

“This is somewhat of a mixed review. The charm of the box car, the look the feel the uniqueness was wonderful. Would be an awesome place to take a couple grandchildren for a day. We went for an adult birthday trip. Communication was not what I wished for. Was looking for input about things to do and where to eat, I got one suggestion. Sell your community and people will come. Was also looking for my check-in information and did not receive it until 3:50 in the afternoon after I contacted them……

“There was nothing wrong with the room. It was clean and comfortable. Location and facilities and management were the only problems. Would probably consider staying there again if I am looking for a cheap place to sleep for a night or two.”
