첫 일본여행에 첫 유후인 여행이라 걱정이 많았습니다. 유후인역에 하차한 후, 그런 걱정은 바로 사라졌습니다. 한국인 직원과 수시로 소통한데다, 고객이 걱정하지 않을 수 있도록 먼저 알아서 챙겨주시는 서비스. 개인 료칸이 있는 아늑한 숙소와 친절한 직원들이 있던 너무나도 만족스러웠던 숙소입니다. 추후에 방문시에는 2박 이상을 하고 싶습니다.

직원분들의 응대는 너무 너무 친절합니다 룸컨디션도 최고입니다 조금 추웠지만 히터를 틀면 금방 따뜻해집니다 노천 온천이 객실마다 있어서 너무 편했습니다 송영서비스도 너무 좋았습니다 체크 아웃 후 물건을 놓고왔는데 유후인역에서 택시가 잡히지 않아 가지러 갈수 없었습니다 역에서 차를타면 호텔까지 10분이면 이동하지만 걸어서는 먼 거리 입니다 택시가 너무 없습니다 물건을 놓고 와야만 했습니다 호텔의 서비스와 시설 청결도는 최고입니다 다음에 다시 방문 하고 싶습니다
