Check in was very impersonal and after a full days travel we were required to line up again to fill out an pay the government tax, surly this can be done anytime during the stay. The person who took us to our room gave us no information about the place room wise or resort wise. They talk a good service ethic but as far as I was concerned service was non existent. "Pros: Warm water pools (3 of them), sugar white powdery sandy (absolutely no sea-weed) beach with warm sea water better than the Maldives, Maasai shops next to the hotel and in the village within walking distance, large roofed restaurant with seating on white sandy floor, plenty of beach loungers, friendly restaurant staff Cons: Dated rooms, water leaking from shower to rest of the washroom which they could not repair after multiple attempts"
