“The double room only has one bed and a table. Luggage has to be placed on the floor. The bed frame is unstable and looks like it will fall under the couch. The bathroom is very small. All the facilities do not match the photos. The swimming pool and fitness equipment are not open. There is no food available for the paid buffet breakfast. choose. The two nights' stay was like staying in a refugee camp, and all the restaurants and shops outside the hotel were closed.”

“A lovely taste of authentic Italy. We stay in so many chain hotels it was lovely to stay in a hotel that felt more homely and hasn't been over developed or stripped of it's character. Great location; a few short steps into town, great spacious family room, good selection at breakfast and fresh coffee to order available. Garden at breakfast time was a beautiful bonus.
