“Très bel hôtel moderne et tout confort à une petite dizaine de minutes de Maastricht en voiture. Personnel de réception très accueillant qui nous a conduit à notre chambre et fait une petite visite. Tout était parfait, nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Merci pour votre accueil. ”

The room they assigned us was inconveniently located on the first floor, facing a noisy street. Despite our very real concerns about potential traffic noise disrupting our sleep, we were dismissively assured that nighttime traffic was not an issue. Adding to our disappointment, we were told that, due to full occupancy, they couldn't switch us to a quieter room with a different……
