We stayed on the Family Bungalow (Houseboat). Very different, very cool experience. Staff was very helpful and responsive to issues (heat!). The hotel was nice, the resort fees were unexpected and annoying whenever it showed resort fees already being paid through Expedia. They also do not use bags for the trash cans in the room which is unsanitary to me. The bed was hard. The views were beautiful though. Staff were friendly.
