Great staff, would return

Heel fijne plek, veel verschillende zwembaden, genoeg ligbedden, veel keuzes in eten en drinken. Personeel was heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Genoeg keuze in de restaurants mbt allergieën (gluten en dairy). Veel mogelijkheden in trips, hiken, boattrip, snorkeling, ziplining etc. Het eten is erg goed. Heel divers en vers! De restaurants zijn niet groot en geven ook niet het massale gevoel van een all inclusive. Bediening is heel erg vriendelijk. Zeker een aanrader!!

I met some pleasant hardworking people but the rooms were just 'ok'. There were some members of the staff that seemed angry and completely uninterested in waiting on people.

My husband and I stayed at Secrets for 5 nights for our honeymoon. We had an amazing relaxing time. The staff were great most were very attentive! The food and drinks were great. We really enjoyed the Hibachi restaurant experience. Our chef Jacques was entertaining, the food was bountiful and delicious! The property is absolutely beautiful and it felt just like paradise. We spend most of our time on the beach and did not get in the pool since that areas was more for entertainment than relaxation. We would like to shout out a few exceptional staff. Alyssa our concierge, Maureen the best beach server, Attentive Elroy, and sweet Stephanie from Seaside grill. Also to the folks who kept our rooms clean every day with fresh linens. The only concern i have is we had a few occasions where were were ignored or passed over for service especially at the entertainment theater and ordered a drink 2x that never came. Also with the exception of the Hibachi restaurant, reservations were not reguired for dining however the wait for dinner was sometimes long 30-60 minutes. We also did the Friday night street festival with round trip travel provided by the hotel for a small cost. The cats on the premises was a nice too although I am not a cat lover. Overall this was a wonderful and relaxing honeymoon vacation and we will be back!

We were not all inclusive, but we did have breakfast included, which was amazing; nonpowered watersports were included in the price which was amazing. We did the sailboat excursion to the pitons which although it was reasonably pricey at $550 for two adults and two children included food drink and entry into The mud baths, waterfall, taxis up to the volcano; and the boat staff were incredible, (especially justice )

Great experience. Spent 2 nights before Christmas, the steak and pork rib in The Cove was one of the best on the island, the drink, cocktails and wine offered in bars were also amazing. All staff were attentive, even though sometimes was a bit slow when many customers came. The new Asian style restaurant charged us certain amount which we didn’t order, the staff explained that was a mistake due system error. There might still be some thing can be improved.

Great staff, would return

I visited Jade Mountain Resort to celebrate my sister’s birthday, and we had an amazing time. The staff was wonderful—they gave us a tour of the property and decorated our room with balloons, making the celebration even more special. The view of the Pitons was breathtaking, and I would definitely stay here again.
