The room was very clean, linens were so comfortable and cozy. It was a good thing because we couldn't grt the heat to work, the room stayed between 59-61 degrees. Our second room we also had the water faucet in the shower fell off, took maintenance 15plus minutes to shut off. Upon check in,we were told 1 room was ready and the second was almost ready. We opted.to wait for both. An hour passed and still no.word. A different front desk person then said neither room were ready. Then told had to wait until 4pm. This was not the experience i would have expected from such an exclusive property, especially during off season.

I have been to Bayside quite a few times. It never disappoints me. The bartender was so friendly and accommodating. The hotel is very neat and updated. There was a slight language barrier at the front desk. We would definitely stay again.
