We had a really good stay at Timoulay Hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our visit, which made the experience feel welcoming and relaxed. It’s close to the beach, and low cost taxis made it easy to get anywhere. A lovely place to unwind and enjoy Agadir.

The front desk staff was outstanding. Helpful. Professional. Client and customer focused.
The cleaning crew especially the housekeepers, the bellmen, the waiters a s cooking ladies at the breakfast buffet and the parking attendant Mbarek.

Nice stay overall. Just avoid the Moroccan restaurant—it wasn’t worth it, either for the food or the service.
The buffet breakfast was excellent, with delicious Moroccan specialties. I especially loved making my own traditional Moroccan tea.
The poolside restaurant was also good. However, I would avoid dealing with Kabira (the tall woman with red lipstick). I simply asked her about the ice cream, and unfortunately, that turned into a very unpleasant interaction. She came across as unnecessarily aggressive, which was disappointing.
The pool itself was beautiful, clean, and a great place to relax

Fantastic yoga.. Went for the yoga. Will return for the yoga. Very unique and special option to be able to get the benefits of this multiple times a day, entirely flexible and without the restrictions of a retreat. While partner not interested in yoga can do other things. Great zen garden with hammocks.
Spa massage was very thorough and professional and acceptable price however they didn't ask about any issues or if pressure was ok. Or knock to check you were ready before coming back in room.
Housekeeping too thorough, took items such as bubble wrap away from the table (needed for taking valuables home), it was not placed in a bin. Hotel probably 4 star feeling not 5. Room not pristine - ceiling marks, locks stiff.
Meal prices comparable to UK, expensive for country. Good quality. Happy calamari 2 mins down road offers good grilled fish at a third of price.
Breakfast was fantastic but not managed well on busier weekend morning's (queue/ checking table available). make life easier for everyone and just put a spoon on tables
handful of same friendly peaceful dogs in area are wonderful and no issue and keep more to themselves. Cats are out of hand at le champion bar where they walk across bench sofa seating to get at your food on the table. Over the line.
Welcome and information and promotion of facilities and where they were was poor. Spa hard to fine. Wouldn't have known there was a zen garden backing on to our suite if it hadn't been for fantastic yoga teacher.
