The Lodge was under construction when we stayed there so it was a little dusty - mainly outdoors. My room was just off the lobby. The noise from the lobby overflowed to my room until they closed the fire doors. I would recommend they close them earlier ~ 9 pm.

I’m disappointed in the internet services. That didn’t work well. Also I told a staff member two times to have new towels delivered. It was after the third time of saying this that it actually happened. The art gallery sucked. People left glassware in the hallway. Art work is awful.

Hotels is minutes from Brewers stadium and they offer a shuttle to the game, only if you make a bet in the casino or buy a drink from the bar. My 13 year old son was traveling with me, so I offered to buy two drinks since my son couldn’t bet or drink. They said sorry no, my son couldn’t use the shuttle bus to the game. We stayed two nights with them, and still was denied shuttle service to the most family friendly sport around, baseball. Terrible!

Absolutely wonderful stay! Room was excellent! Pools were very nice. Great to have a family and adult pools. The food at both restaurants was very good and reasonably priced. Reservation staff and restaurant staff where excellent! There are two staff that went above and beyond. I want to recognize them as a testment to how well management really cares about having the best staff First, Stacy a server at the Waterfront restaurant gave the most excellent service I ever had. She made sure that our group a priority. Excellent effort to accommodate all our requests and there were many. Stacy was super friendly and really cared about us as customers. I wanted to give a token of my appreciation for her excellent service but I didn't catch her before she left. What is the best way I can send her my token appreciation? Then there is Teresa, your grounds manager that helped out our group with a gesture of kindness when my niece lost her car keys. My niece has 4 very young childen. Teresa saw her struggling with the infant and two year old while calling for help. Teresa without hesitation asked how she could help. The rest of us were still at the beach with the storm coming. She offered to pick us up to get back to the resort before the storm hit, just in time! She made sure we were in a safe place as we waited for help. I would also like to send her a token of our appreciation. I don't know what your policy is for that sort of thing. Management should be extremely proud of two
