I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The environment is beautiful and well maintained, and the room was very spacious and comfortable. The service from the front desk and staff was also very good—everyone was friendly and helpful.
The hotel facilities are excellent, and I really appreciated the complimentary food options. They offered free breakfast and dinner, as well as a variety of snacks, and everything tasted great.
The only downside was that there was no complimentary bottled water provided in the room. Instead, there was fruit-infused water available, but unfortunately it tasted quite bad and was difficult to drink. Another small inconvenience was that the hotel shuttle runs with long intervals between trips, which made transportation a bit inconvenient.
Aside from these minor issues, everything else about the hotel was wonderful. Overall, it’s a great hotel and I would definitely stay here again.

They do not provide housekeeping and other services besides check in and check out. If you try to call them on the phone, it most likely asks you to leave a voicemail which is full. Some of the staff have a terrible attitude. Also, if you are looking at the shuttles they provide to Disney and Universal, ...
