Overall very nice place to stay. Staff at front desk is very friendly and professional. Parking valet personnel very friendly. Considering the layout of parking lot to hotel I personally believe valet is not at all necessary and should not be an additional expense. I personally preferred getting my own car after all it’s not like you’re parking vehicles in a garage. It’s parked less than 50 feet away.
Another con is the cleaning staff. Very slow and rude. Most don’t understand English and don’t understand what you are requesting when they enter your room. Also sometimes our room was cleaned by noon and the next by 7-8 in the evening.
The only dining area is very expensive. Especially coffee/tea $3.50 for 4 oz cup and you have to request a refill. Small portions and cold meat. Very disappointing.
Lobby and open areas are very nice - clean and beautiful.
Pool and hot tub area beautiful and well maintained. However you have to pay for a chair on the beach Very disappointing. Last item is the room balcony area. It is never cleaned and very dirty.
Location is awesome. Walking distance to whatever you may want

Great location and friendly staff. We enjoy the pool and bars and convenience of the on site restaurant for breakfast. The resort is showing signs of real wear and tear and it would be nice to see them invest in some basic maintenance efforts like painting.
