The location is great to walk to massage places, restaurants and right on the beach. The pool area/beachfront was nice and seemed to have enough chairs for all. The staff are excellent! Very accommodating and friendly!
The bed was comfortable, but linens and towels are worn.
Outside the bathroom (which is only screens and wood slats) the staff congregate and talk at all hours of the night. Maybe it’s the next door resort? They are very close with only a wall separating.
There are many floodlights along the path outside the door to the room and they shine right into the room. Someone kept turning it to shine into the window and we’d turn it back down to the ground so we could sleep and along would come someone else to turn it back to shine into the window. Very annoying! They need lower wattage or different angles for them.
The breakfast was a good- eggs, meats, salad, Thai dishes, yogurt and breads.
We liked the location a lot and rented scooters to visit farther away places.

We stayed for 13 nights as a family of 5. Hotel was nice and in a very good location. We had a family room which I did feel was too small for 2x adults and 3x children - there was not enough space to hang all our bits up. Hotel needs a bit of decoration, you can see its getting old. Found room to be a little dirty in the toilet/shower area it needs a proper deep clean. Staff by the pool very good - found the staff around the beach bar a bit miserable. Some could do with some training. Breakfast was nice enough to choose from. We did have a lovely holiday but probably wouldn't return here.

I loved everything about this hotel. It’s a beautiful beachfront property but also has a stunning pool with swim up rooms or little channels you can swim in. We upgraded to one of the boat suites and it was amazing. Well worth it! The staff are also very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel. Book it! You won’t be disappointed.

The room was good. Comfy beds and a clean more updated room. We were on the main floor and the light coming in from the pool area at night was quite bright and we had lots of smokers around which leaked into our room. The pictures of this placed looked really good and the pool looking onto the water is nice. However, the staff seemed to lack attention towards their guests. Each day we were there, there was a new issue in the hotel with guests frustrated. Our check in and check out process was slow. Breakfast that is included was good each morning so that was a highlight. The staff however at the pool bar and around the pool didn’t seem to be interested in taking care of their guests. They have a pool table which seems closed the majority of the time if there are any clouds in the sky. It’s on a very busy street that is difficult to cross and very loud. Not near any of the larger attractions. The beach was not there due to high winds but there is a tiny little one when it’s calm. Overall, if you are just looking for a place to sleep this is good but for another other hospitality and amenities I would look elsewhere.
