DO NOT STAY HERE. We had arranged Hyatts water taxi to pick us up at the Venice airport. We called the hotel to let them know we were running 10 mins late- they said no problem. We ended up only being 5 minutes late and the hotel water taxi had already left. We ended up having to pay $110 euros to get to the hotel. Once we got there, the manager called our room to apologize and she asked for a day to think of a solution for us- never gave one. Our room was FILTHY- a used contact on the floor, dust everywhere, just gross. On a positive note- we loved Murano. It’s quiet and beautiful- recommend staying on this island just not at the Hyatt.
