This is a great hotel. They now charge for parking. The restaurant is not always open and the breakfast has gotten less nice.

The staff is on point in this hotel, of that there is not doubt! Even the cafe staff is pleasant, and very kind! Food was decent! A big thanks to the cleaning crew as well! My room was very clean! My biggest complaint is I paid for a handicap accessible king suite and was charged for such and instead was given an accessible queen room with the bed 3 ft tall at least to my waist if not higher. I was forced to pull the sheets and myself just to get into bed! It was terrifying. As someone in a wheelchair my accommodations were not met and I should have complained but I was out of options due to it being the weekend. My other almost fall/ nightmare was the roll in shower was blocked by a counter in the bathroom and very narrow pathways for a wheelchair. Mine is on the smaller side so I can only imagine other folks in my circumstances experience at this hotel. I have to say I am very disappointed with the design here.. they could at least lowered the bed. At any rate, I made the staff aware and was not compensated for the difference in the room I paid for vs. what I received. 3 stars

Room was clean enough but is not well-maintained. Scuffs and holes in the walls, missing wall decor, dirty curtains with holes in them, holes and scuffed and dirty hallway walls. No alarm clock or updates like usb outlets. The room air conditioning was nice and cold.
