This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.

In addition, the pillows on the king bed were very small and the blanket was mostly sheets, which made for an uncomfortable sleep. Also, the jets on the whirlpool bath were broken. ..."

"Food in the 1878 restaurant was excellent. The food in restaurant near the bar was not as good. Ordered a schnitzel and it came out raw. The replacement was just a deep fried piece of breaded pork with no taste. Respectionist at check in and out was hard to understand and was not helpful. Resppectionist ..."
