Cabo Real Kid friendly Vacations

This was our first experience at Marquis Los Cabos and was easily our best vacation ever! We have been to other resorts in MX and none have compared to our time at Marquis. From the moment we were picked up at the airport we were welcomed by every staff member with a kind smile and greeting. The staff is welcoming, helpful, and made us feel like royalty. Tellez was our pool server the first day and he made such a huge impression that we would move to his section daily just for his service. He was funny, energetic, and gave us incredible service of food and drinks at the pool. The breakfast hostess Adriana also learned our names, room number, and where we liked to sit after only meeting us one time! She had such a bright smile and started our day on such a positive note. The location is only a short ride from the airport and the property is stunning! Everything is so clean and luxurious from the room, the pool, and all of the restaurants. They had every amenity we were looking for, fun games and activities throughout the day. Jared was always energetic and made every activity fun and memorable. The food was wonderful and overall this place has been incredible. We can’t wait to come back!

​We stayed at Dreams Los Cabos in August after paying extra for an upgraded room, only to be placed directly in an area undergoing construction with a broken elevator for the first two days. Carrying luggage and navigating construction zones made the start of our vacation a complete nightmare for my family. On the third day, management finally moved us to a quiet room with a working elevator, but they flatly refused to offer any credit or compensation for the ruined days—despite our repeated pleas. Beyond the room issues, the daily breakfast buffet was awful, though it's worth noting the sit-down restaurants on the property were excellent. Given the high price tag and total lack of customer recovery from management, there are far better options in Los Cabos. Be very careful before spending thousands of dollars here.

the hotel did not have full information from Expedia, had 2 rooms reserved for family of 6 via Expedia , Hilton initially had only one, then had to look through one of other family member name to find the second room that was located in another building. Seemed that the check-in clerk was not happy to see that we had reserved through Expedia, blamed Expedia for the confusion. Was able to work it out but it was not a pleasant check in after delayed flight trip to get there.
